On 18 April 2026, YouTuber, and follower of Arya Samaj, Gautam Khattar spoke at an event at Bhagwan Parshuram Jayanti celebrated by Sanatan Dharma Raksha Samiti in Goa. This was held in the company of Swami Brahmeshanand, State Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho and BJP MLAs Sankulp Amonkar and Daji Salkar. On 19 April, an FIR was lodged by the Goa Police on Khattar alleging an offense of violating religious sentiments.
