Gang members and common criminals begin Holy Week behind bars – 2024-03-29 20:25:54

The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) issued six arrest warrants against common criminals and gang members who operated in the western part of the country.

Among those detained is Francisco Antonio Guardado Linares, a gang member of the Mirada Loca gang, accused of extorting a victim in 2021 in Santa Ana, demanding $50 a month in exchange for not making an attempt on his life.

In this operation, the authorities also managed to capture Erick Alexander Estrada Zeceña who will be prosecuted for misappropriation of a vehicle.

The victim gave a vehicle to this subject to sell and for which he had to give him a commission. However, Estrada sold the car but did not provide the amount he had to pay as commission.

While Edgar Giancarlo Pineda Miranda was captured for the crime of fraud, since he sold land for up to 63 thousand dollars, which was already mortgaged but he made his victims believe that everything was in order.

René Antonio Pimentel Aristondo was arrested for aggravated homicide, who murdered a person in order to get hold of the victim’s savings.
