In keeping with the process of monetary regulation that Cuba is experiencing, little by little different institutions have been notifying of the changes in their rates and services, now, and since the first day of February, you must pay for the connection service through WiFi to the TinoRed network, of the Young Computer and Electronics Club (JCCE).

Although since its implementation in mid-2019, access to the Joven Club institutional network was free, it was established that now individuals must pay a monthly fee of 20 pesos for this connection service, or if preferred, make the payment advance of one year of service.

This payment can be made initially until May, in two ways: at the Joven Club facilities (with the instructors in front of the center), and by Transfermóvil (with the Joven Club account recharged), and starting in June It will only be made through existing payment gateways in Cuba.

According to state media, the institution is focused on improving the quality of service and adding other services to those already existing, among which stand out national mail, instant messaging, access to JCCE products and online games, one of the most popular options.

Likewise, they indicate that the entity decided to establish the current rate after favorable results, and that currently, more than 28 thousand people in Cuba access TinoRed from the comfort of their home.

This change is also encouraged by the entry into force almost two years ago of resolutions 98 and 99 of the Cuban Ministry of Communications on the use of the radio spectrum, by which legal and natural persons can have local WiFi access networks, and interconnect These are through public operators with authorized licenses.
