According to ICC regulations, a player seeking eligibility for an Associate or Affiliate Member team must not have participated in an international match for any other National Cricket Federation in the preceding four years.
However, this timeframe can be shortened to two years if the player is returning to represent the Associate or Affiliate Member they originally played for before joining a Full Member.
