The Nancy public prosecutor’s office has entrusted the investigations to the Central Office for the fight against attacks on the environment and public health (Oclaesp), announced the prosecutor, François Capin-Dulhoste, to AFP, confirming information from France Bleu Lorraine. Contacted, the ARS Grand-Est did not “no comment to make on this judge’s decision”while adding that “work continues in order to objectivize the situation regarding care in this dialysis center”.
