  • Reble is an Indian rapper and songwriter who hails from Meghalaya in Northeast India. She is one of the few rappers in Northeast India.
  • She grew up in an environment shaped by both Khasi and Pnar cultures. In an interview, she revealed that she studied in an English-medium school, which limited her opportunity to formally learn Khasi, despite it being her mother tongue.
  • As a child, Reble grew up across several places in Northeast India, including Guwahati, the Jaintia Hills region of Meghalaya, Bengaluru, and Shillong.

I always hated being told what to do, that’s it. I was just a kid, but rap was my outlet; hip-hop was my outlet; music in general was my outlet. I needed something for myself because I felt like I never fit in, and I didn’t have much. When I discovered music and when I discovered hip-hop, I felt like I finally had something.

  • In an interview, Reble mentioned that at her home, she was forced to complete her engineering degree. She added that sometimes challenging situations came for her, when a music performance and an examination fell on the same day, she said that she would choose the examination because she did not want to disappoint her mother.
  • In August 2019, Reble released her debut single “Bad,” which was produced by D-Mon from the Shillong hip-hop group Khasi Bloodz. In an interview, she explained that the song draws on her personal experiences and family challenges, which influenced her decision to pursue a rap career. That same year, she also released her second single, “Believe.”

  • In December 2025, Reble gained recognition through her songs in the Bollywood film Dhurandhar. After the success of her songs, in an interview, she shared,

Dhurandhar was a very special project for me because it was my first time doing something within the Bollywood industry. It wasn’t planned at all — it honestly came together at the last moment. Everything just happened very organically.”

  • In March 2026, she was also behind the soundtracks, Aari Aari and Main Aur Tu, in the sequel Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
  • She considered American rapper Eminem as her biggest idol. She added that she grew up listening to his music. Among Indian artists, she admires rappers Hanumankind, Chaar Diwaari, and Yashraj.
  • In an interview, Reble said she wanted to inspire women to enter the Indian rap scene.
