- In 2020, during the global COVID-19 pandemic, she took a stand against the global lockdown and vaccination mandates. She became the first woman to openly talk about the harmful and irreversible effects of lockdown on Twitter (now X). In August 2020, she tweeted about about the need for vaccines, which read,

- After many netizens complained about her tweets related to COVID-19 and the pandemic, the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons cautioned her as her tweets allegedly lacked evidence and were not accurate. Kulvinder said that the tweets came from a personal Twitter account, not from the one affiliated with her practice.

- In December 2021, she filed a lawsuit against 23 people and authorities including doctors, journalists, and news outlets, for allegedly defaming her; however, a judge dismissed her lawsuit under anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) law.
- On 22 March 2024, she posted a video on X through which she tried to seek help through her crowdfunding campaign. In the video, she said,
My deadline is at the end of March. And it’s $300,000 that I don’t have after nearly four years of being entangled in multiple legal battles, trying to advocate for my patients, trying to advocate for Canadians and trying to advocate for myself. I never thought that this would be the cost of speaking the truth to the power of being compelled to speak my conscience.”
- In March 2023, she even tagged Elon Musk, owner and CTO of X (previously Twitter), in one of her posts on X and sought financial help from him.
