For the unfamiliar, a plus-sized influencer Edgar Landaverde, known as Callejas 503, passed away on June 6, leaving his family and fans devastated. At the time of writing this article, the cause of his death has not been disclosed.

However, speculation claim that he died due to a heart attack. The inference is based on the assumption that he was overweight, which led to a heart attack with fans suggesting that obesity is one among the several health issues the 37-year-old was dealing with.

His family shared the heartbreaking news on his Instagram account, posting in Spanish. When translated into English, their message reads:

“A truly painful situation for the family but we make them public to all media, our beloved Callejas 503 has left this world. [We] thank each of you for the love to him, for your support… We ask for your understanding and respect for the mourning of the family.”

The post included several Images of the influencer, among them an “In Memoriam” picture, and invited fans and followers to participate in his memorial service (which was live-streamed) and burial on June 7 and June 8 in Santa Tecla, El Salvador.

Following his sudden death, the internet has been flooded with tributes to Edgar Landaverde. On X, people shared their condolences such as:
