The upcoming event marks the second exhibition race of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season.

After undergoing extensive offseason renovations, this occasion signifies the debut Cup Series race on the newly refurbished track. The All-Star Open promises thrilling competition as twenty drivers vie fiercely over 100 laps, with three fortunate contenders clinching coveted spots in the esteemed all-star lineup. The top two finishers from the Open, along with the victor of the Fan Vote, will proudly secure their positions in the main event.

Meanwhile, the All-Star Race will witness twenty drivers engage in a grueling battle over 200 laps, with a break in competition scheduled around Lap 100. With seventeen of the twenty drivers already secured for Sunday night’s Cup Series race, excitement is palpable. Serving as a showcase extravaganza, this week’s Cup race carries no ramifications for driver or owner points.
