International Standard University (ISU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. paid tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Abdul Awal Khan.

On Saturday (May 11) morning at Tungipara, Gopalganj, he visited the tomb of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the greatest Bengali of a thousand years, and offered prayers with the teachers and officials of ISU.

At that time he was accompanied by ISU Treasurer (Acting) HTM. Kader Newaz, Registrar. Faizullah Kaushik, chairperson of the business administration department. Mohammad Kamruzzaman, teacher Professor Mohammad Ali, Chairperson of Textile Engineering Department Professor Engineer Abdul Based Mia, Dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Chairperson of English Department Dr. Md. Abul Kalam Azad.

The former chairman of the business administration department was also present. Masudur Rahman and Director Admission Gias Uddin, Director Finance ARM Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan, Deputy Director Abu Nazim, Head of Public Relations Raisul Haque Chowdhury and Graphics Designer Ahsanul Haque.

Ministry of Education April 16, 2024 (Tuesday) Professor Dr. Abdul Awal Khan issued a notification regarding the re-appointment of International Standard University (ISU) as Vice-Chancellor. It is said in the notification, according to section 31 (1) of the Private University Act, 2010, with the approval of His Excellency the President and the Chancellor of the University, Professor Dr. Abdul Awal Khan was appointed as Vice-Chancellor.
