The speculations about the pair initially started off following an Instagram story showing the pair spending quality time together.

Manziel was a former college football sensation who gained prominence after becoming the first freshman to win the Heisman Trophy.
He had a short-lived NFL career, with the Browns cutting him off after spending just two seasons back in 2016.

Just recently, on Tuesday, Josie added a picture on her Instagram story, reportedly meant to highlight her new Alo sneakers. However, the picture also showed a man in the background, reportedly believed to be Manziel. Although the picture did not directly show Manziel, it showed his notable hand tattoos and a Swiftie-esque friendship bracelet, which resembled something that Manziel has worn in the past.
Notably, the pair were just recently spotted alongside one another at Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack celebrity softball game back in February. As such, speculations indicate that the pair are reportedly a new couple and are in their early stages of romance. As of now, neither of the two stars have commented about the picture.
Past relationships
Prior to his alleged rumour with Canseco, Manziel was previously dating beauty specialist Kenzie Werner. The pair were photographed on multiple occasions back in 2022 as well. Prior to that, he was married to “Selling Sunset” star Bri Tiesi, whom he married in 2018 before getting divorced just three years later.
Meanwhile, Josie, who is the daughter of two-time World Series champion and six-time MLB All-Star Jose Canseco, previously dated American influencer and professional wrestler Logan Paul and popular American TV personality Brody Jenner. She was most recently spotted alongside country singer Morgan Wallen in London. Interestingly, Josie also used to date rapper Mike (FKA Mike Stud), who notably shared a podcast with Manziel back then.
